We agree the target folder structure with you, map the source data to the new structure, and identify any content that should be archived or removed rather than migrated. Source data is retained until the migration is confirmed complete and verified. We don't delete source files until your team has confirmed the new environment is working correctly and you've made a deliberate decision to decommission the original storage. After migration, we configure ongoing backup and maintenance as part of the document storage management arrangement.
