We migrate document storage within the Microsoft ecosystem, primarily to SharePoint and Microsoft 365. This is deliberate: it keeps your document environment integrated with your existing Microsoft infrastructure, your Entra identity management, and the access controls your team already uses. We don't introduce a separate third-party storage platform when your Microsoft tenancy already provides the right foundation.


Migrations are planned before they're executed. We agree the target folder structure with you, map the source data to the new structure, and identify any content that should be archived or removed rather than migrated. Starting a migration without this planning is how businesses end up with a cloud environment that mirrors all the problems of the system they were trying to leave.

 

We run migrations in stages where the volume of data or complexity of the source environment warrants it, migrating lower-risk content first, verifying integrity, then progressing to business-critical documents. This approach minimises the risk of disruption and gives your team time to familiarise themselves with the new environment before the full migration is complete.


Source data is retained until the migration is confirmed complete and verified. We don't delete source files until your team has confirmed the new environment is working correctly and you've made a deliberate decision to decommission the original storage.
